Happy New Year!

New year's eve was a happy and tiring (at least for me) day. It was tiring for me because of the enormous cooking that took hours from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm and end with a kitchen accident (not so much of a big deal but could turn into a disaster; i guess i will not fry chicken for a bit while.. it is not fun to have hot oil blow up all over your face.. i supposed to oven bag those suckers..) . In the end we were together around table to eat great food (yeah yeah i am not modest with my cooking, if i do it correct i am the best cook ever. but this does not mean i never criticize my work. i do that and i do it harsh). Lots of food eaten, lots of warm smile exchanged, lots of good laugh shared. I hope each one of you have this kind of moments very often in new year. Happy new year. A blessed one.

Hmmm, okay i have to admit i am the lousier blogger you have ever seen but to change this fact a little bit and motivate myself to turn this blog into something i was planning for a long time, i decided to challenge myself with blog365. I will write a blog entry for everyday of 2008 excluding 29th feb. Pheww..
